Intro to Yoga Is a class designed to teach participants the fundamentals of yoga. Each week, the instructor will focus on a different style of yoga, so that at the end of the series, there is a better understanding of the benefits of different yoga styles.
Just B Yoga is a practice for everyone. This class uses breath, postures and self-awareness to increase strength, openness, balance and a general sense of well-being.
